Garage door must remain closed when not in use to maintain safety and security. - Keep noise to a respectful level and respect our lovely neighbors. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. If we receive a noise or nuisance complaint from neighbors or the police, there will be a $250 Noise Disturbance Fee. - We love good vibes, but this is not a party house. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. - Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed at the house. - Must be at least 18 years old to book. Photo ID may be required upon check-in. 🐶🐱Pet Policy - Pets must be approved prior to booking. Pet fee applies (varies by size and breed). - Pet must be fully house trained (potty trained). - All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. - Pets must not be left unattended unless crated. - You are fully responsible for your pet at all times during your stay. - No excessive shedding – all pet hair must be removed prior to checkout. - Pets must not cause damage to furniture, floors, or decor. - Bringing a pet without prior approval is a violation of house rules and will result in: $1,000/day fine, request for immediate removal of the pet or additional cleaning and damage fees. ⚠️ Booking Requirements & Safety - Guests must digitally sign the Short-Term Rental Agreement before check-in. - A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to arrival. The deposit may be used for damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations. - Exterior security cameras are in place for safety. They monitor the front and back yards but do not look into interior spaces of the home. - No drugs or illicit activities are allowed at any time. If security, police, or emergency services are called due to any disturbances or concerns, a $250 service fee will apply, and you may be asked to leave. - Lost or missing TV remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee. - Please note that some of the chandeliers in the home hang low. We kindly ask you to be mindful when walking beneath them to avoid bumping your head or causing any damage. - For safety reasons, please do not touch, swing from, or attempt to adjust the chandeliers. They are delicate fixtures, and any damage will incur a $1,000 replacement fee. - Please be aware that there are a few steps throughout the home, most are just one or two steps, though some may be slightly steep and lack handrails. You'll encounter steps at the main entrance and exit, when accessing the garage, and leading into the master bedroom and master bathroom. We kindly recommend using extra caution when navigating these areas, especially when carrying luggage or moving around in low lighting. - Guests assume responsibility for their safety, including navigating low-hanging chandeliers, steep or uneven steps, and other hazards. - Any items left in the fridge, kitchen, or house will be discarded after checkout for health, safety, and sanitation reasons. Please double-check before you leave!
